Improved emergency services support!

Announcement

Since oFono 0.47, emergency related procedures have greatly evolved.

oFono can now handle all emergency cases, like dialing with no SIM, with a locked SIM and even if a SIM is inserted during the emergency call! You can have a look here to see all details: doc/emergency-call-handling.txt.

Network emergency numbers are also handled, and they can be updated by the operator.

And thanks to the satellite support, E911 positioning requests are supported by oFono.

No chance to be in trouble with a phone using oFono ;)
